Wenger Vieli advises Sequotech Group in its acquisition of Uditis  

Sequotech Group, a Swiss group of specialized IT services companies, has acquired Uditis, a company also active in the domain of information systems. The acquisition of Uditis will allow the group to further expand its service portfolio. 

Uditis was founded in 2000 as a spin-off from the CSEM (Centre Suisse d’Électronique et de Microtechnique). The main competence of Uditis lies particularly in the sector of online and bespoke solutions development, websites and e-commerce, as well as in ESM (Enterprise Service Management) solutions. 

Wenger Vieli acted as legal advisor to Sequotech Group regarding all legal aspects of this acquisition, The team was led by partner Beat Speck (m&a, pictured) and included associate Dominik Rietiker (m&a) as well as the whole WV DD team.
