SER Group takes over Interact Digital: the advisors

The private owners have sold Interact Digital to SERgroup Holding International with legal seat in Bonn. The SER Group is a leading Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Software provider in Europe. Interact Digital Ltd with registered seat in Zurich is the largest Swiss provider of Input and Content Management Solutions which is developed completely in Switzerland.
