MLL advises SIC Group on its investment in Sauter, Bachmann 

SIC Group, a Swiss industrial investor backed by Swiss KMU Partners, has invested in Sauter, Bachmann, a company engaged in developing and producing high-precision gears and gearboxes for Swiss and international clients in the aerospace and industrial segment. 

MLL advised Swiss KMU Partners, a multi-family office, and SIC Group, with regard to the legal aspects of the transaction, which was signed in December 2021. 

The MLL was team was led by partner Andrea Sieber (pictured) and included senior associate Marco Fusi as well as associate Philipp Falk.
