Check out the news of the week:

· Lenz & Staehelin advised Banque Pictet & Cie on the successful conclusion of a joint pilot project with SIX. The project entailed the tokenization of corporate debt instruments as well as the allocation of fractional quantities of these assets to portfolios managed by Pictet Asset Management.

· Schellenberg Wittmer advised a group of co-investors, acting under the leadership of entrepreneur Dan Mamane, in their acquisition of sportswear, footwear and sports equipment brand Le Coq Sportif.

· Swiss insurance company Helsana Insurance Company Ltd acquired Adcubum AG, a software products specialist with headquarters in St Gallen. In connection with the deal, Niederer Kraft Frey advised the buyer, while Bär & Karrer represented TA Associates, the company who invested in Adcubum back in 2021.
