· Kellerhals Carrard Startup & VC Desk advised Vsquared Ventures and World Fund, in connection with their role as lead investors in Hyperscale Power’s EUR 5 million seed funding round. Headquartered in Zurich, Hyperscale specialises in the development of compact solid-state transformers. Partner Umberto Milano (corporate/VC, pictured) led the Kellerhals Carrard team on the matter, working alongside associate Simon Gluch (corporate/VC), associate Arnault Eckert (corporate/VC), partner Kerim Tbaishat (tax), counsel Céline Schmid (employment).

· Vaudoise Assurances Group, through its subsidiary Vaudoise Asset Management, has entered into an agreement to increase its stake and become the majority shareholder in Procimmo Group, a company listed on BX Swiss in which Vaudoise Assurance Group has held a 20% equity stake since 2021. In connection with the deal, Lenz & Staehelin advised Vaudoise Assurance Group, while Advestra represented the majority shareholders of Procimmo. Corporate and M&A’s Andreas Rötheli and Xavier Grivel led the Lenz & Staehelin team on the matter, working alongside Caroline Kopp, Noé Luisoni, Alissa Fourati, Charles Beltjens and Alexandre Levrat (all corporate and M&A), Ariel Ben Hattar and Jeremy Bacharach (both capital markets), Sarah Bechaalany and Francesca Fusco (both asset management), as well as Rébecca Dorasamy, Eli-Louise Hunkeler, Nicolas Bach, Jenna-Lin Gaille, Anceline Swift and Anna Solari (all tax). The Advestra team working on the matter included Thomas Reutter, Sandro Fehlmann, Stefan Paris Schirm, Jana Gesine Wildberger and Valérie Lauriane Bär (corporate/M&A/capital markets).

· Bär & Karrer advised Airsol, part of SOL Group — an Italian spcialist in the production, research and marketing of technical and medical gases and homecare services sector — on its acquisition of VitalAire Switzerland from Air Liquide. Bottini Paolo (pictured left) and Andrea Ziswiler (pictured right), both M&A, led the Bär & Karrer team on the matter, working alongside Markus Schott and Julia Stempfel, both regulatory, as well as Bryan Bruschi (M&A).
