· Wenger Vieli advised HOERBIGER, a globally active technology group supplying components to various industries, on its new syndicated term and revolving facilities agreement with a non-disclosed syndicate of international and domestic banks. The facilities agreement will be mainly directed at financing Hoerbiger’s acquisition of Physik Instrumente (PI). Counsel Micha Schilling (financial services, pictured) led the Wenger Vieli team on the matter, working alongside partner Martin Peyer (financial services), associate Ottavio Muff (financial services) and partner Jonas Bühlmann (tax).

· Advestra advised SIG Group on the placement of EUR 500 million bonds. The bonds in question, issued by SIG Combibloc PurchaseCo and guaranteed by SIG Group, will mature in 2031. The Advestra team working on the matter included Annette Weber (pictured), Sandro Fehlmann and Jana Gesine Wildberger (all capital markets), as well as Céline Martin (tax).

· Baker McKenzie advised Acutronic Group in connection with a $25 million investment round led by InterAlpen Partners and Hale Capital Partners. M&A partner Alexander Blaeser (Zurich, pictured) led the cross-border Baker McKenzie team on the matter. From Switzerland, the team included associate Benedikt L. Rutscheidt (corporate/M&A), associate Daniel Jurcevic (corporate/M&A), partner Christoph Stutz (employment), partner Boris Wenger (regulatory), partner Susanne Liebel-Kotz (tax), partner Andrea B.
