SIX Group issues CHF 150 million Dual Part Digital Bonds. The advisors 

SIX Group successfully placed CHF 150 million Dual Part Digital Bonds. The Bonds will be listed on the SDX Trading and the SIX Swiss Exchange with SIX Digital Exchange and SIX SIS as CSDs. The company will use the net proceeds of the bond placed for general financing purposes of SIX. 

Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank, and Zürcher Kantonalbank acted as the joint lead managers. 

The Swiss law governed bond is the world’s first bond issuance with a pure digital part with trading and settlement in a fully regulated digital financial infrastructure providing for atomic settlement.
