SoftwareOne Holding: Sieber joins the BoD
Andrea Sieber (pictured), partner and co-head of the corporate M&A practice group of MLL Legal, has been elected as member of the Board of Directors at SoftwareOne Holding on 18 April 2024.
Assuming the role of the lead independent director she is appointed as a chair of the nomination and compensation committee (NCC).
Her term of office will run until completion of 2025 AGM.
