Sonova Holding, a provider of audio solutions, entered into an agreement with Sennheiser electronic & Co. to acquire Sennheiser’s Consumer Division. The Sennheiser Consumer Division, which concentrates on the business of headphones and hearables for private customers, is an excellent fit with Sonova’s strategy to excel innovation in hearing experience and to engage consumers early on their hearing journey. The transaction closed on March 1, 2022.
