Sportradar enters into long-term global partnership with NBA. The advisors

Sportradar, a global provider of sports data intelligence and sport entertainment solutions, enters into a landmark long-term global partnership with the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Sportradar serves as official betting data rights and official betting streaming rights partner as well as distributor of live game video of the NBA. The NBA also incorporated Sportradar’s Integrity Services into its existing game integrity protection measures.

Earlier this year, Sportradar announced that Michael Jordan, NBA legend and early Sportradar investor, will serve as a special advisor to Sportradar’s Board of Directors, while also increasing his investment in the company

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as Swiss counsel to Sportradar in its agreement with the NBA. The NKF team was led by partner Patrik Peyer (corporate/m&a, pictured), working with associate Katalin Siklosi (corporate/m&a).
