Sulzer Spins-off its Applicator Systems Division into medmix. The advisors

Sulzerfluid engineering company specialising in pumping, agitation, mixing and separation technologies for fluids of all types, has successfully spun-off its Applicator Systems Division to the newly incorporated medmix, which shall be listed at SIX Swiss Exchange. 

Following the approval of the spin-off by Sulzer’s shareholders on September 20, 2021, the book-building process for the offering of new shares of medmix has started September 22 and is expected to end on September 29, 2021. The final offer price is expected to be published on September 30, 2021, prior to the start of trading of the existing medmix shares issued in the spin-off on SIX Swiss Exchange. The first day of trading of the offered shares is expected to take place on October 1, 2021.

Walder Wyss has advised Sulzer in the spin-off.
