Liberty Global has just announced an agreement to acquire 100% of Sunrise Communications Group for CHF 110 per share. The offer values 100% of Sunrise’s equity at CHF 5bn, representing a total enterprise value of CHF 6.8bn. freenet, a German digital lifestyle company, announced the sale of its 24.42% stake in Sunrise for CHF 1.216bn (EUR 1.126bn).
