TAG Aviation Group sells its aircraft management and charter activities: the advisor
On July 31, 2020, TAG Aviation Group, an aircraft management and charter services provider completed the sale of its aircraft management and charter activities in Europe, Middle East and Asia, to T Aviation Europe, which is held by a long-time partner of the target business, after all necessary aviation authorizations had been obtained.

Lenz & Staehelin advised TAG Aviation Group in this transaction. The team was led by partner Andreas Rötheli (Corporate and M&A – pictured) and included senior associates Ralph Kaufmann and Federico Trabaldo Togna (both Corporate and M&A).
