Tamir Livschitzleft founds new firm 5Gambit Disputes with Anja Vogt
After 14 years at Niederer Kraft Frey, Tamir Livschitzleft has left the firm as of 31 August 2023 to embark on a new career path. Livschitzleft’s new professional project is called 5Gambit Disputes, a disputes and regulatory boutique firm in Zurich. Anja Vogt, partner and colleague at NKF, will be embarking with him on the new firm.
Tamir Livschitz is an expert in litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on cross-border disputes in the financial, commodities, construction and sports industries. He has extensive experience representing clients in white-collar crime matters, in respect of both internal investigations and investigations conducted by Swiss and non-Swiss authorities.
From the other side, Anja Vogt was also partner at NKF. She has also worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Altenburger. Anja’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration as well as internal investigations. She regularly represents clients in large and complex cross-border litigation and arbitration proceedings as well as in governmental investigations. Furthermore, she advises clients in the fields of contract, commercial and employment law.
