Italian banking software developer TAS completed the acquisition of the 30% stake it did not own in its Serbian subsidiary TAS Eastern Europe, the Italian company said. The stake was acquired for 1.54 million euro ($1.88 million) from Serbian citizen Slobodan Paunovic, who will get a 2.87% stake in the share capital of TAS International, the Italian company said in a statement on Wednesday. TAS executed the transaction through its wholly-owned subsidiary under Swiss law, TAS International SA, it noted.

TAS International was assisted in the transaction by Lexia Avvocati for the legal aspects of Italian law, by the law firm Mihaj Law for the legal aspects of Serbian law and by Kellerhals-Carrard (Lugano) for the legal aspects of Swiss law and for notary profiles.
