Walder Wyss: Terra Quantum completes USD 75 million financing round
Walder Wyss and Heussen law firm, Munich, represented client Terra Quantum, a Swiss based quantum technology company, in an extension of its series A financing round in a total amount of USD 75 million.
The Zurich-based deeptech company will use the fresh capital for strengthening its offering around data cryptography and cybersecurity. The new capital will, inter alia, enable the company to expand its R&D capabilities and accelerate its international expansion.
The Walder Wyss deal team was led by Marion Bähler (managing associate, corporate/m&a, pictured) and further included Timon Nydegger (senior associate, corporate/m&a) as well as Marius Breier (managing associate, tax).
