Recruitment platform TestingTime acquired by Norstat. The advisors
Data collection company Norstat has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in TestingTime, a self-service test user recruitment platform. TestingTime will become part of Norstat Group but will continue to operate as a separate brand and entity. Together the two companies will produce revenue of EUR 60 million, with strong profits.
This acquisition adds to Norstat’s strategy of European growth within fieldwork for qualitative and quantitative research. It also marks Norstat’s entry into Switzerland and further solidifies their presence in the DACH region. Furthermore, the acquisition represents a significant strengthening of the group’s technological capabilities.

Wenger Vieli acted as counsel to the shareholders of TestingTime on their sale of TestingTime group to Norstat.
