The advisors on Helvetia’s credit facility
Walder Wyss advised Helvetia Schweizerische Versicherungsgesellschaft and Helvetia Holding on a new CHF 300m syndicated revolving credit facility.
Moreover – in connection with the deal – Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) represented Deutsche Bank AG as coordinator and arranger, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. as agent and lender and further financial institutions as arrangers and lenders.
