Bianchischwald advises Thommen-Furler in the acquisition of Erne Surface

Thommen-Furler – the parent company of a group specializing in the fields of distribution of chemicals, specialties and lubricants, environmental technology and the disposal and recycling of industrial and hazardous waste with a turnover of approx, has acquired Erne Surface, a company offering chemical surface treatments and electroplating, from the selling family shareholders.

Bianchischwald acted as counsel to Thommen-Furler on all legal aspects of this transaction with a team consisting of Marc Metzger (partner, commercial and contracts, pictured), Stefan Scherrer (partner, corporate and m&a) and Stipe Jozic (senior associate, corporate and m&a).

With the takeover of Erne surface, Thommen-Furler Group is further expanding its competencies and capacities in the business area of Lubricants, cleaners and surface treatment.
