Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte advised Collagen Matrix
Collagen Matrix, a global supplier of regenerative, collagen-based medical products with headquarters in the USA, has acquired Degradable Solutions from the Sunstar Group. With this acquisition, Sunstar’s Degradable Solutions division, including the GUIDOR® brand line of resorbable synthetic medical implants, was taken over.

Degradable Solutions AG, founded in 1999, has its headquarters in Schlieren, Switzerland, and has been part of the Sunstar Group since 2011. The company develops and markets a high-performance, synthetic portfolio of tissue regeneration products.
