Advestra, Pestalozzi and Wenger Vieli in 1plusX acquisition by TripleLift

1plusX, a Swiss-based pro­vider of AI-powered data man­age­ment plat­forms, has been sold to ad-tech com­pany TripleLift. 

As per TripleLift press release, the joint roadmap following the acquisition will be to support and grow 1plusX’s expanding publisher business and building net-new publisher offerings as well as net-new advertiser offerings. 

Advestra acts as leg­al coun­sel to the sellers in this trans­ac­tion. The team includes partners Thomas Reut­ter (pictured left), Beda Kaufmann (pictured right), Daniel Raun, Roland Truffer and Alex­an­der Fisch. Working alongside associate Fabi­an Loretan and junior associate Mar­lon Ber­to­lini (all cor­por­ate | m&a). 

Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of 1plusX in this transaction on all tax aspects. The team was led by partner Barbara Brauchli Rohrer and included counsel Patric Eggler and senior associate Jonas Bühlmann (All tax).
