Ufenau Capital Partners acquires IKOR: the advisors

Switzerland-based private equity firm Ufenau Capital Partners has acquired Germany-based IKOR, which advises companies on digitalization processes, including the use and implementation of SAP and Guidewire software. Ufenau deployed capital through its fund – Ufenau VI German Asset Light, which held a final close on EUR 560m in August 2019. Ikor’s management will continue to hold significant stake in the company. The transaction will strengthen IKOR’s market presence and will be expanded by acquisitions in the coming years.
