United Rivers acquired Saechsische Dampfschiffahrt: the advisors
Saechsische Dampfschiffahrt (SDS), a German provider of river cruises currently under self-administration, has been acquired by United Rivers, a Swiss peer, for an undisclosed fee. A German-language statement released via Insolvenz-Portal said that the deal takes effect as of 1 September 2020.
Restrukturierungspartner acted as restructuring consultant for SDS. As reported by Mergermarket, Law firm Mulansky + Kollegen was hired as restructuring counsel. The sale process was handled by Enomyc. The court-appointed trustee was Franl-Ruediger Scheffler of law firm Tiefenbacher.
Tiefenbacher Rechtsanwaelte acted as legal advisor to Saechsische Dampfschiffahrt with a team composed of Nils Freudenberg and Frank Rudiger Scheffler.
