Valfor with Inno Digital Service on Winkler Livecom acquisition

Valfor advised Inno Digital Service (IDS) in connection with its integration of Winkler Livecom, together with the subsidiaries Winkler Systems and Mesol.

Pursuant to the deal, the Winkler companies will remain legally independent entities within the IDS Group. Winkler Livecom will assume the leading role in the IDS Group’s Events business segment.
