Streichenberg with Valora taking over 39 Moveri petrol station shops

Streichenberg acted as legal counsel to Valora, the foodvenience provider in Switzerland, in its takeover of the operation of 39 Moveri petrol station shops on January 1, 2022.

Moveri operates around 530 service stations in Switzerland, both for its own brands Ruedi Rüssel and Miniprix, and for the international brands BP and Shell.

Valora has been operating petrol station shops with a strong presence in western Switzerland and the greater Zurich area for around 20 years. By taking over the Moveri petrol station shops, Valora will double its existing network of Swiss petrol station shops to around 100 shops and strengthen its presence at petrol stations at high-frequency locations in German-speaking Switzerland.

Streichenberg advised Valora Switzerland on the takeover of the petrol station shops and the future cooperation with Moveri.
