Loyens & Loeff advise Vifor Pharma on its agreement with Doetsch Grether

Doetsch Grether, a company specializing in marketing and sales of products in the pharmaceutical, OTC and consumer care sectors, has entered into an agreement with global pharmaceutical company Vifor Pharma for the takeover of two potassium-containing, prescription drugs (Kalium Hausmann Effervetten and Kalium Hausmann KCLretard) signed for Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Loyens & Loeff advised and acted as legal counsel to Vifor Pharma on all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction.
