Vischer advised Ikerian on USD 8m financing round
Vischer advised Ikerian, a healthcare software platform company, on its first round of USD 8m Series B financing to advance its AI platform.
The Series B financing round is led by strategic investor Sanoptis led the financing round as a strategic investor. Topcon Healthcare, Zürcher Kantonalbank, and Verve Ventures also took part.
Alongside the equity investment, Ikerian and Sanoptis have entered into a commercial agreement to support the distribution of the RetinAI Discovery platform and its AI models within the European Sanoptis network. The AI and imaging platform aims to improve diagnostic and treatment pathways for patients.
