VISCHER advised Medartis in KeriMedical’s investment

Medartis Holding has acquired a strategic minority stake of 25% in KeriMedical for CHF 10.0m. The agreement includes a partnership in distribution. KeriMedical is a Geneva-based company specialized in implants for hand and wrist surgery with around 70 employees and has extensive expertise in prosthetics for small joints, soft tissue fixation and nerve regeneration.

VISCHER advises Medartis on this transaction. The team is led by Matthias Staehelin (pictured) with Vincent Reardon and Luljeta Morina (all Corporate).
