VISCHER advised Polyphor in its financing instrument of CHF 19.3 million
Polyphor has concluded equity-linked financing with the French company IRIS with a gross amount of up to CHF 19.3 million over a period of two years. As part of the financing instrument, IRIS will receive Polyphor shares, which will be created from the company’s conditional capital on the basis of an interest-free mandatory convertible bond program.
