VISCHER advises Macquarie Bank with USD 40 million loan facility for Trident Royalties

VISCHER has advised Macquarie Bank on Swiss law issues in connection with a new USD 40 million credit facility for Trident Royalties, the London-based mining royalty and streaming company.

Mayer Brown was the bank’s international lead counsel for this transaction. The facility will be drawn down upon completion of the Orion acquisition and will expire on 31 December 2024.
