VISCHER: BlackSheep MadTech Fund invests in Nexoya

BlackSheep MadTech Fund, managed by EUREKA! Venture SGR, the first European venture capital fund with an entrepreneurial background that invests in the marketing and advertising technology industry, has been the lead investor in the USD 5m series A investment round of Nexoya, a Swiss marketing analytics start up. The Swiss-German MadTech start-up plans to expand into new markets like Italy and the UK, and grow its team with the injection of funds. 

VISCHER has acted as Swiss counsel to BlackSheep MadTech Fund. The team included partner Gian-Andrea Caprez (pictured left) and associate Sandro Bernet (pictured right), both corporate/M&A.
