Vischer successfully represented a ship operator facing claims and lawsuits from sub-contractors alleging defaults. The demands could be repelled practically comprehensively. 

The Covid pandemic has hit the tourism industry particularly hard. This also applies to shipping on the Rhine, where no tourist trips were allowed to be made for several months and after that there was largely no demand.
