Liberta acquires Avenir: the advisors

Advestra advised Liberta Partner, a Munich-based multi-family office, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Avenir Group, a human resource management company headquartered in Switzerland, advised by Vischer. Furthermore, Baker McKenzie advised Migros Bank as lender in connection with the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake of Avenir Group by Liberta Partners.
