Vischer with Compass IT’s founder on sale to Helvero eHealth
Vischer advised Compass IT’s founder and owner, Nicolas Schweizer, on the company’s sale to Helvero eHealth Group, effective 1 July 2026. Compass IT is a provider in the Swiss eHealth market.
After more than twenty years, Schweizer is stepping down from day-to-day operations but will remain with the company as an ambassador.
The Vischer team consisted of partner Robert Bernet (corporate/M&A) and counsel Peter Kühn (corporate/M&A).
