Vischer with MegaCAD on the acquisition of Bausoft Informatik

Vischer has acted as legal advisor to MegaCAD GmbH in its acquisition of Bausoft Informatik AG, a leading Swiss software company specialising in CAD solutions for the building engineering sector. Since its founding in 1994, Bausoft Informatik AG has been developing software for sanitary, heating, ventilation, and plumbing trades, and is also known for its ViSoft planning program, which offers photorealistic visualisation of bathrooms.
