Vischer with Swissphone Group on Imasys assets sale
Vischer advised the Swissphone Group on the sale of certain assets and agreements of the Imasys business to F24 Schweiz.
In connection with the deal, private equity firm Rigeto Unternehmerkapital advised the Swissphone Group as well.
