Walder Wiss with Raiffeisen on Halphamicron’s financing
Walder Wyss advised Raiffeisen Switzerland Cooperative in connection with its role as original lender, coordinator and security agent in the financing of Halphamicron Holding, leading to the acquisition of Vasconi SA, TS Décolletage SA and Michel IMHOF S.A. as well as other group companies.
Held by a fund of middle-markets specialist Quilvest Capital Partners, The Halphamicron-Group is a provider of precise industrial solutions, with 50% of its sales in the dental and medical sector.
