OneMed, an European distributor of medical supplies and other healthcare related services, has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority share of SMEDICO, a Swiss distributor with a strong market position in hospital and elderly care products. With this acquisition, OneMed’s growth journey continues into a new market – Switzerland – and strengthens both its market presence and knowledge in product areas such as wound care, incontinence and orthopedics.
