Walder Wyss advised Media Markt

19 Swiss companies of the Media Markt group have been merged into Media Markt Management as absorbing entity. These 19 mergers were all filed for entry in the commercial register simultaneously and were entered simultaneously in the register by the end of March 2020. From then on, the individual markets will be operating as branch offices of Media Markt Schweiz.

Walder Wyss advised Media Markt on these mergers and the establishment of the branch offices. The team has been led by partner Urs P.
