Walder Wyss advises CONSTELLATION on a partnership with cmp
The change management partner group (cmp) joint forces with CONSTELLATION ACADEMY (CAG), a platform company of one of the investment funds managed by CONSTELLATION CAPITAL. Cmp will continue to operate independently in the market and concentrate on its core competencies – change and career counselling as well as adult education. CAG will benefit from cmp’s more than 25 years of market presence in Switzerland as well as its competencies in coaching, training and consulting. This will also create an expanded range of training and coaching services for clients.

Walder Wyss has acted as counsel to CONSTELLATION CAPITAL.
