Walder Wyss advises Cornèr Banca on CHF 150 million bond issue

Cornèr Banca successfully completed its inaugural issuance of CHF 150,000,000 Senior Unsecured Bonds with a maturity date in 2025 and a coupon of 3.00%. The Bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. UBS Investment Bank and Zürcher Kantonalbank acted as joint lead managers with Cornèr Banca as Co-Manager.

Walder Wyss advised Cornèr Banca on all Swiss legal and tax aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Roger Ammann (managing associate, finance, pictured left) and Johannes A.
