Walder Wyss has advised Farmy, a leading Swiss e-commerce startup, on a crowdfunding campaign in the amount of CHF 4.3 million. As part of the financing round, convertible loans in the amount of CHF 2 million from existing and new investors have been converted. Five days after the start of the crowdinvesting campaign, the online delivery service has reached its target amount.
The company, which reaches fundraising target of CHF 6 million via crowdfunding, will use the new funds to secure the further growth of Farmy.
