Walder Wyss advises Helvetia Baloise on CHF 275 million bond
Walder Wyss advised Helvetia Baloise in connection with its placement of a CHF 275 million subordinated bond on the Swiss capital market.
The bond carries a coupon of 2.2875%, and the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancings.
