Walder Wyss advises ITS Kanal on the acquisition of Restclean

ITS Kanal Services acquired Restclean, a specialist in the field of WC cleaning and renovation. The Swiss ITS Kanal Services is a full-service provider for the maintenance and value preservation of sewer systems and surfaces. With 400 employees, it offers services in the areas of sewer cleaning, sewer inspection, trenchless rehabilitation, wastewater recycling as well as demarcation, skid resistance improvement and surface cleaning. With the acquisition of Restclean-System, the Boswil-based company has closed a gap and is now a full-range provider with maintenance of flushing systems.

Walder Wyss advised ITS Kanal Services on the acquisition. The team was led by partner  Alex Nikitine (corporate/m&a, pictured left) and associate Christian A.
