Walder Wyss advises medical instruments distributor Anklin
Walder Wyss advised Anklin, a Swiss distributor medical instruments and devices, in transaction that brought the company to become part of German Karl Storz.
The parties
Reinach-based Anklin is active in the distribution a distributor of high-precision medical instruments and devices in the field of endoscopy for human and veterinary medicine, serving the entire Swiss market in all language regions and employing a dedicated team of around 70 specialists. Its collaboration with Karl Storz, a family-owned global reality in the endoscopy and medical instruments sectors, goes way back in history.
Founded in 1954 and now at its third generation, Karl Storz employs 9.400 employees across 40 different countries, managing production sites in Germany, the US, Switzerland, and Estonia. Their catalogue features 13.000 products for both human and veterinary medicine.
