Walder Wyss advises MYTY with Sir Mary’s acquisition

The renowned Zurich-based creative and media agency Sir Mary, becomes part of the international MYTY Group. With this step, MYTY Group further expands its portfolio and unites 13 complementary agencies from Germany, Croatia and Switzerland, where it now ranks among the largest agency networks. The Swiss agency has been crowned number one in this year’s Media Research Group advertising agency rating.

Walder Wyss has advised MYTY Group, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, on the transaction. The team was led by partner Stefan Knobloch (pictured left) and managing associate Fabienne Anner (pictured right, both corporate/M&A) and further included Letizia Schlegel (associate, corporate/M&A), David Vasella (partner, IP/Data Protection), Tabea Gutmann (associate, employment) as well as corporate/M&A trainee lawyers Luca Bartolomei and Deborah Kaderli.
