Walder Wyss advises Nagel Group on its sell to QR Group

Rapperswil-Jona-based QR Group, the Burger King master franchisee in Switzerland, acquired Nagel Group in November 2022. Nagel Group operates Burger King stores in Baden, Brüttisellen, Wetzikon and Chur.

Walder Wyss has advised the sole shareholder of Nagel Holding, the parent company of Nagel Group, on this transaction. The team was led by Urs P. Gnos (partner, pictured left) and Michael Kündig (senior associate, pictured right; both corporate/m&a). It further included senior associate Dario Galli and associate Letizia Schlegel (both corporate/m&a) as well as Janine Corti (counsel, tax).
