Walder Wyss advises on the sale of Compotech to Röchling

The German Röchling Group, active worldwide in the field of plastics processing, has acquired Swiss Performance Materials Group with its subsidiary Compotech based in Weinfelden. Compotech specializes in manufacturing molded parts made from glass fiber-reinforced plastic. The products made of fiber composite materials are used throughout Europe in areas such as transport, mechanical and apparatus engineering, medical technology, electrical engineering, and the sanitary sector. Röchling integrates the activities of Compotech into the product line Composites of the Röchling Industrial Division, which is one of the leading manufacturers of composite materials in a large number of industrial sectors worldwide.

Walder Wyss has advised the shareholders of Swiss Performance Materials Group on this transaction.
