Walder Wyss advises Sdui in connection with a debt financing

The Sdui Group is currently represented in Germany, Switzerland and Belgium with a total of around 170 employees. In addition, the Edtech startup Sdui is active in four other countries, including Italy and Spain; more than 10,000 educational institutions throughout Europe use the solution.

Founded in 2018 the German startup secures follow-on funding to invest in scaling the business. By focusing on internationalization and the extension of its product, Sdui will position itself more broadly as a reliable and innovative digitalisation partner for educational institutions across Europe.
