Walder Wyss advises Tango on acquisition of Locatee
Tango, a leading US provider of cloud-based real estate and facilities management software, has acquired Locatee AG.
Locatee is a Swiss company in the field of workplace analytics solution. Locatee enables organisations to make fact-based decisions by providing a complete picture of occupancy, driving strategic portfolio decisions, improving operational space utilisation, and increasing employee satisfaction.
Walder Wyss acted as Swiss legal advisor for Tango and its US legal advisor Frost Brown Todd LLP. The team was led by Markus Pfenninger (pictured left), partner in banking & finance and Samuel Lieberherr (pictured right), counsel, corporate/M&A. The team included Joy Malka, Thomas Meister, Michael Kissling, Manu Ferro and Viviana Montorfano.
